Upon purchase, customers receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to:

• Print the artwork for personal use

• Display the artwork in homes or offices

• Gift printed versions to clients or family

Realtors may:

• Use artwork in marketing materials (websites, social media, email)

• Include artwork in listing or closing materials
  With credit to Home Sketchery™ when feasible

Artwork may NOT be:

• Resold, sublicensed, or redistributed

• Uploaded to stock sites or marketplaces

• Claimed as original artwork by anyone other than Home Sketchery™

Artwork may not be altered beyond resizing or cropping without written permission.
